Job Description
  • Overseeing service order processing for corporate clients, including new connections, existing connections, relocation and shifts through MIS system.
  • Ensuring that all corporate clients details are up-to-date in MIS.
  • Verifying agreements with corporate clients through the respective sales managers and updating them in MIS.
  • Sales forecasting and reporting for corporate clients.
  • Preparing and analyzing corporate clients collection report.
  • Overseeing corporate clients billing and collection whether billed are issued in time or not.
  • Managing credit control for corporate clients, ensuring timely payments and contributing to the growth of corporate revenue.
  • Reconciling the ledger of corporate clients both in MIS and tally.
  • Regularly keeping in touch with marketing team to get update about the corporate clients whether there is any changes in contract or any of them have been terminated.
     
Job Specification
  • Proficient in MIS operation and data management.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
  • Good understanding of billing, collection, and credit control processes.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare financial and collection reports.
  • Skilled in reconciliation of ledgers and identifying discrepancies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate.
  • Proactive and organized with time management skills.
  • Ethical, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
