Job Description
- Manage reservations and sales for Green Mansions, including handling reservations through online travel agencies (OTAs).
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through phone calls, emails and social media platforms ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Assist with promoting and marketing the property on social media to increase occupancy rates.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest information.
- Conduct sales visits to potential and existing clients to promote Green Mansions and increase occupancy rates.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Job Specification
- Experience in reservations or sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Highly organized and able to multitask.
- Enthusiastic about providing exceptional service and promoting the property.
