Key Responsibilities

• Maintain long-term relationships with students, parents, alumni, and stakeholders.
• Regularly communicate with former students to help new students find jobs, accommodation, and support abroad.
• Lead and manage the counseling/relationship team to meet targets.
• Track team performance and ensure smooth coordination among departments.
• Support marketing, events, and student engagement activities.
• Maintain proper follow-ups and update CRM/digital records.
   

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently studying
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Age below 27 years
• Presentable, professional, and fluent in English
• Tech-savvy and result-oriented
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willing to commit for at least 3 years
• Must reside within 15 km of Dillibazar
