Location: West (Nepalgunj to Farwest) HQ Nepalgunj
- *Supervision of team, Junior sales staff (dealers), Whole sellers, distributors and target achievement. Exploring new markets and appointment of Dealer / retailers/distributors in feasible areas on time.
- *Reporting (covering all data) to Immediate supervisor for analysis, suggestion, feedback and approval. Update development.
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
Job Specification
- Managerial and leadership skills. Strong communication skills.
- Must have knowledge of sales Apps DNMS.
- Should be able to use Laptop and proficient in Microsoft Office Skills to produce Reports
- The candidate must have a two-wheeler license.
