Manage national key accounts and drive revenue growth across HRC & MT.
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, listings, and annual business plans.
Develop and execute joint business plans with key customers.
Ensure strong in-store execution, visibility, and promotion compliance.
Analyze sales data and track KPIs for key accounts.
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams.
Lead and guide the regional Key Account team (Pokhara, Narayanghat, Butwal).
Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders at key accounts.
Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Key Account / Institutional / MT sales.
Experience managing national or multi-location accounts.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.
Fluency in Nepali and Hindi; English strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
