Job Description

Focal Areas

Recruitment

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to final selection
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements
  • Screen applications, schedule interviews, take interviews and support managers in selection decisions
  • Maintain recruitment pipelines and update candidate databases
  • Ensure fair, transparent, and professional hiring practices

Negotiation

  • Negotiate salary and benefits with selected candidates while ensuring alignment with company policies and budgets.

Onboarding

  • Plan and deliver onboarding programs for new hires, including orientation and induction
  • Ensure completion of all joining formalities and documentation
  • Introduce new employees to company culture, policies, and practices
  • Support smooth transition of employees into their roles and teams

Coordination & Communication

  • Work closely with department heads to ensure staffing aligns with business needs
  • Help the department to plan and manage succession planning
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges to the Head of HR
  • Act as the first point of contact for candidates during the hiring and onboarding process

Records & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records
  • Prepare recruitment reports for management review
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate feedback

Compliance & Confidentiality

  • Ensure recruitment and onboarding processes follow company policies and labor laws
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information
