Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to final selection
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements
- Screen applications, schedule interviews, take interviews and support managers in selection decisions
- Maintain recruitment pipelines and update candidate databases
- Ensure fair, transparent, and professional hiring practices
Negotiation
- Negotiate salary and benefits with selected candidates while ensuring alignment with company policies and budgets.
Onboarding
- Plan and deliver onboarding programs for new hires, including orientation and induction
- Ensure completion of all joining formalities and documentation
- Introduce new employees to company culture, policies, and practices
- Support smooth transition of employees into their roles and teams
Coordination & Communication
- Work closely with department heads to ensure staffing aligns with business needs
- Help the department to plan and manage succession planning
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges to the Head of HR
- Act as the first point of contact for candidates during the hiring and onboarding process
Records & Reporting
- Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records
- Prepare recruitment reports for management review
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate feedback
Compliance & Confidentiality
- Ensure recruitment and onboarding processes follow company policies and labor laws
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information
