Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and software requirements to ensure clarity and assess automation feasibility.
• Design, develop, and execute detailed test automation frameworks, scripts, and suites using industry-standard tools.
• Implement and maintain an effective Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) to align testing activities with business objectives.
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and agile methodologies to design and implement automation strategies.
• Apply expertise in QA automation methodologies, tools, and processes to enable efficient and scalable testing.
• Conduct automated functional and non-functional testing, including Regression Testing, Performance Testing, and Security Testing.
• Continuously optimize test scripts and frameworks to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
• Report and manage defects effectively, while clearly communicating automation test results using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into the software development lifecycle.
• Maintain a strong focus on delivering high-quality, reliable software solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3.5 years of experience in QA automation and software testing.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Hands-on experience with at least one test automation tool or framework (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
• Strong knowledge of Database Management Systems (DBMS) and the ability to write, validate, and troubleshoot SQL queries effectively.

Key Skills:

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
• Expertise in automation frameworks and test design techniques.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
• Solid understanding of Agile Development practices and testing frameworks.
• Proactive ability to identify areas for automation to enhance testing efficiency.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal.
