Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and software requirements to ensure clarity and evaluate automation feasibility.
• Design, develop, and execute detailed test automation frameworks, scripts, and suites using industry-standard tools.
• Implement and maintain a Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) to align testing processes with business objectives.
• Leverage expertise in the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and agile methodologies to create automation strategies.
• Apply advanced QA automation methodologies, tools, and processes to enable efficient and scalable testing.
• Conduct automated functional and non-functional testing, including Regression Testing, Performance Testing, and Security Testing.
• Continuously refine and optimize test scripts and frameworks to expand coverage and improve efficiency.
• Report and manage defects while clearly communicating automation test results via tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality and reliable software solutions by maintaining a strong focus on quality assurance practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3.5 years of experience in QA automation and software testing.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium,Cypress).
• Strong knowledge of Database Management Systems (DBMS) and expertise in writing, analyzing, and validating SQL queries effectively.

• Expertise in automation frameworks and advanced test design techniques.
• Hands-on experience with modern testing tools such as Cypress, Selenium, and Appium for end-to-end testing of web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter to ensure system reliability and scalability.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
• Solid understanding of Agile Development methodologies and testing frameworks.
• Ability to proactively identify opportunities for automation to enhance testing efficiency.
