Job Description
- Compile product master file for new products, maintain, update, review
- Compile, maintain, update, review specification of finished products, bulk, packaging materials, etc.
- Prepare, maintain, update, review product standards
- Compile, maintain, update, review SOPs
- Receiving test for finished trading goods products, semi products, bulk, packaging materials, …
- Test for finished manufacturing goods.
- Check product quality at the beginning, end and during production
- Compile, maintain, update, review all SOP in the factory
- Manage all GMP training, SOP, product specification at the factory
- Conduct tests related product quality such as stability test of finished products, materials
- Compile validation protocol, validation report
- And all other tasks related quality control, quality assurance in the factory
Job Specification
- At least 2 year experience in manufacturing industry (FMCG)
- Should have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Should have in-depth understanding of industry standards.
- Must have deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods and tools.
- Must have leadership skill to supervise and support the team members.
- Having knowledge and experience about GMP will be an added advantage
