Job Description
  • Coordinate and oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and service providers for cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and other facility-related services.
  • Monitor building conditions and identify areas for improvement or repair to maintain a safe and attractive environment.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or occupants, addressing issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections of property assets and infrastructure to identify maintenance needs and implement preventive measures.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols, emergency procedures, and evacuation plans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding general service inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain positive relationships with tenants and address their needs and requests in a responsive and customer-focused manner.
  • Communicate regularly with tenants to provide updates on maintenance activities and building operations.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of the property operating budget, including expenses related to maintenance, repairs, and general services.
  • Monitor expenses and expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and financial goals.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies in service delivery and resource utilization.
  • Negotiate contracts, review proposals, and select vendors based on performance, cost, and quality criteria.
  • Supervise contractor work to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
  • Generate reports on property maintenance and service performance for management review.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in property management, facilities maintenance, or related field.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to property operations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.
