Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management:

• Lead and manage networking and telecommunication projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while meeting quality standards and customer requirements.

2. Networking Expertise:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network systems.
• Handle installations and troubleshooting of internet connections for clients.
• Ensure seamless operation of telecommunication lines and services.

3. Client Coordination:

• Act as a liaison between the company, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Address client inquiries and ensure satisfaction with delivered services.

4. Team Supervision:

• Manage a team of technicians and engineers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members.

5. System Analysis and Reporting:

• Conduct regular performance reviews of networks and systems.
• Prepare project updates, reports, and documentation for management.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5years of experience in networking, ISP operations, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in network design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunication lines, fiber optics, and internet systems.
  • Familiarity with tools and equipment used in ISP operations.
