Job Description
- Generate and evaluate new product ideas and concepts and identify business opportunities and formulate product concepts.
- Manage planned promotions, discounts and tactical activities, by working closely with marketing department.
- Continuously develop recommendations and implement initiatives that improve product P&L.
- Meet with Our Clients and dealer to know their needs.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Teams in monitoring product performance from launch stage and initiate appropriate solutions in case of product rollout problems.
- Creating the products, designing the posts as well as content for posting in company’s social media accounts.
- Developing the most competitive and effective products based on market segmentation.
- Consciously build relationships with our clients..
- Manage the product development process from the brainstorming concept phase to the post-launch analysis phase.
- Conduct market research, demand identification, Idea gathering, Actualization of product, marketing strategy, etc...
- You should do continuous field visit and product research, accumulation of information to build market intelligence. Also, increase product sales and support management on increasing its revenue.
Job Specification
- Should have basic Computer knowledge
- 2 year plus experience in product development in manufacturing company
- Analytical thinker, self-motivated and solution oriented
- In depth knowledge of travel destinations and players in market
- Experience in managing external agencies and supplier partners
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint presentations, proposal writing Strong technical aptitude and skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, and to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Fluent English speaking with convincing skill and excellent written communication are required with Knowledge of other languages advantage.
- Being flexible and adaptable and having high attention to details
- Having good negotiation skills and communication skills and being able to solve problems
- Ability to work extended hours under varying work schedules and frequently meet rigid deadlines
- Two-wheeler license holder and two-wheeler holder are preferred
