Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business goals.
Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness,
and reliability.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve the best value for the
organization.
Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process
improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing
standards.
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., finance, operations, logistics) to forecast
demand and optimize inventory levels.
Manage procurement budgets and track expenditures to ensure financial efficiency.Stay informed about market trends (including AI), risks, and emerging supply chain
challenges to mitigate disruptions
Job Specification
Cost & Quality Control
1. Assist management in cost control and value addition.
2. Ensure quality assurance and quality control procedures are followed.
3. Support procurement evaluation related to all the construction materials and works.
Leadership & Field Support
1. Lead and guide junior staff and supervisors.
2. Be willing to perform both managerial review tasks and practical field-level support
towards procurement.
3. Maintain professional discipline, coordination, and teamwork within group.
Requirements
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in any stream (master’s degree preferred).
Experience, Skills Knowledge, and Competencies:
1. Minimum 10 years of experience in Procurement management.
2. Experience in hospitality or high-rise projects will be an added advantage.
3. Strong understanding of construction management and project execution.
4. Ability to review technical and engineering documents.
5. Strong leadership and communication skills
