The Procurement Manager will be the cornerstone of our procurement operations, tasked with the strategic sourcing of Small Home Appliances, Home Electronics, and Home Appliances from appropriate and reliable vendors. The successful candidate will develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies, ensuring the fulfillment of organizational targets and managing the entire procurement process to maximize efficiency and value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with company goals for the Electronics Home Appliance Division.
- Source reliable suppliers and negotiate terms for cost-effective, quality procurement.
- Manage logistics and oversee the documentation process for the supply chain.
- Collaborate with finance to guide product costing/pricing for market competitiveness.
- Assist in resolving technical issues with products experiencing field failures.
- Conduct overseas technical inspections and supervise Pre-Delivery Inspections.
- Lead post-receipt inspection and R&D efforts to ensure product standards are met.
- Ensure seamless collaboration with finance, sales, and service departments for operational alignment.
- Oversee the procurement budget, aiming for long-term cost savings.
- Maintain and foster strong relationships with suppliers for sustainable sourcing.
