Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire production process, ensuring that daily production targets and quality standards are met.
• Oversee the design, development, and production of fashionable clothing items.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure designs are feasible for production and align with the brand's vision.
• Supervise the production team, ensuring smooth operations and high efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain production timelines, ensuring that daily and weekly production goals are achieved.
• Work closely with the sourcing and procurement teams to ensure materials are available and meet quality standards.
• Ensure that production processes follow industry standards and are cost-effective while maintaining the highest quality.
• Innovate and introduce new production techniques and designs that align with market trends.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to minimize delays.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during production.
• Coordinate closely on design-related improvements to ensure product aesthetics meet brand standards.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure technical feasibility and smooth translation of designs into production

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of production processes.
• In-depth experience in managing the production, from concept to finished product.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of cost management and production timelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with designers, suppliers, and the production team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle production challenges effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations, preferably in the textile/garment industry.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, workflow optimization, and capacity management.
• Experience in handling large production teams and supervising shift-based operations.
• Proven ability to meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, production tracking tools, and Office applications.
• Solid understanding of quality control systems, lean manufacturing, and cost reduction techniques.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities across departments.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
