Your Core Responsibilities
1. Build and Systemize People Operations
- Develop and implement people systems for hiring, attendance, leave, payroll, and performance (integrated into ERP system)
- Maintain accurate employee data, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Design workflows and SOPs for recurring HR processes across departments.
2. Lead Recruitment & Onboarding
- Build strong hiring pipelines for both delivery riders and office-based roles.
- Run structured, fair, and efficient interview and selection processes.
- Design onboarding journeys that make every new hire feel welcomed and productive fast.
3. Strengthen Performance & Incentives
- Collaborate with department heads to define KPIs and OKRs.
- Develop incentive structures that reward excellence among riders and staff.
- Introduce quarterly performance review systems and coaching check-ins.
4. Drive Culture & Engagement
- Foster Pick & Drop’s values — Care, Trust, Accountability, and Responsiveness across all teams.
- Organize monthly team interactions, recognition events, and engagement surveys.
- Help create a workplace where everyone feels ownership and pride in their work.
5. Enable Leadership & Learning
- Support managers in conducting effective 1:1s and feedback conversations.
- Identify skill gaps and design short, practical training or learning sessions.
- Help nurture emerging leaders within the organization.
6. Implement People Analytics & Reporting
- Build dashboards and reports for key metrics — hiring funnel, retention, attendance, and payout accuracy.
- Use data to identify challenges early and propose actionable solutions.
- Present insights to leadership on how people operations drive business outcomes.
