We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign analytics, and ROI-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad placement optimization.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
Develop and test ad creatives, landing pages, and copy to maximize conversion rates.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient spending.
Generate performance reports and communicate results to the marketing team or clients.
Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, tools, and algorithm updates
Requirements:
Proven experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign management.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and reporting dashboards.
Understanding of CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and performance marketing metrics.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
