Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign analytics, and ROI-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).

  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad placement optimization.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.

  • Develop and test ad creatives, landing pages, and copy to maximize conversion rates.

  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient spending.

  • Generate performance reports and communicate results to the marketing team or clients.

  • Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, tools, and algorithm updates

Job Specification

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign management.

  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and reporting dashboards.

  • Understanding of CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and performance marketing metrics.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
