Key Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads,
Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform
campaign strategy.
• Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for creatives, copy, and landing pages.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google
Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform dashboards.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Ensure proper tracking implementation and conversion attribution.
• Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best
practices.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to
clients.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in paid media or performance marketing.
• Proven experience managing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (required).
• Strong understanding of tracking, pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion attribution.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into
action.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
