Job Description
  • Supervise and manage field teams responsible for network maintenance
  • Monitor network uptime and ensure timely troubleshooting of issues
  • Coordinate with the POP Coordinator and report technical faults or progress
  • Maintain the operation of UPS systems, batteries, and other backup equipment
  • Perform fiber maintenance including splicing and testing using tools like OTDR and power meters
  • Assist in planning preventive maintenance schedules and service checkups
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports
Job Specification
  • Proven experience in operations and technical maintenance, especially in telecom/electrical domains
  • Basic understanding of fiber optics, UPS systems, and battery backups
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Efficient problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues promptly
