Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential B2B and B2C customers to generate leads for PC & Print
products.
• Promote company products such as desktops, laptops, printers, and accessories.
• Identify customer requirements and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending leads.
• Support sales teams with backend coordination and reporting.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and lead-generation targets.
• Provide regular reports on call outcomes, leads generated, and customer feedback.
Requirements
• Graduate (any discipline).
• 3 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer support (IT/telecom
preferred).
• Age Group: 22–32 years
• Gender:Female.
• Fluent in English (Hindi/Nepali is an added advantage).
• Good communication and persuasion skills.
• Computer literate (MS Office, Outlook, CRM tools).
• Honest, disciplined, and target-driven mindset.
