Answering and directing phone calls, managing emails and other forms of correspondence, taking messages, and distributing information to relevant parties.
Maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing and managing files (both physical and digital), and coordinating travel arrangements.
Preparing documents (reports, presentations, memos, etc.), managing office supplies, handling mail, and assisting with expense reports.

Job Specification
Must have good English, and Nepali-speaking proficiency
Must have been using computers and is an expert in Microsoft Office and can also type in both English and Nepali (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
Should have their own vehicle.
Should be able to handle office pressure and stay steady.
Should be Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle office management smoothly and effectively.
