• Design and execute the annual national sales plan, with targets segmented by province, region, sales channel, and SKU.
• Identify geographical territories and channel opportunities to expand market reach and strengthen competitiveness against local and imported brands.
• Appoint, manage, monitor, and evaluate distributors across major hub cities of Nepal.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, and Distributor Sales Representatives (DSRs).
• Implement regular performance evaluations, sales reviews, and KPI tracking mechanisms to drive team effectiveness.
• Conduct joint market visits to assess field execution, monitor shelf visibility, and provide coaching on product pitching and objection handling.
• Ensure effective sales force deployment and distributor management to achieve sales and market share objectives.
• Monitor collection cycles and ensure timely recovery of payments while minimizing overdue outstanding balances in line with company policies.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to recommend corrective actions and growth strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key trade partners to support business expansion and customer satisfaction.

Job Specifications & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing.
• Minimum 10 to 12 years of proven sales experience within the FMCG or Personal Care/Hygiene sector in Nepal.
• Least 3 to 5 years in a senior regional or national sales leadership capacity.
