The Role
We are looking for a skilled Motion Graphics and Video Artist to create high-quality marketing
videos, product animations, and tutorial content for our smart IoT product line. You will receive
scripts and creative briefs from the team and bring them to life through clean, professional
animation and editing. Most of the work will be 2D motion graphics, with occasional 3D product
animations when needed.
Requirements
• 2D Motion Graphics: Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects for creating animated
explainers, product feature videos, and marketing content.
• Video Editing: Solid editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve for
assembling, cutting, and polishing final videos.
• 3D Basics: Ability to create simple 3D product renders and animations using Blender,
Cinema 4D, or similar tools. This is not the primary focus but will be required from time to
time.
• Visual Quality: Strong eye for typography, color, composition, and timing. Your work
should feel premium and consistent with a professional brand.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics or video
production, with a portfolio that demonstrates range and quality.
• English Communication: Good written and spoken English. You will receive briefs and
feedback from English-speaking team members and need to understand requirements
clearly.
• Learning Mindset: Willing to explore and adopt new tools, techniques, and workflows. We
expect you to stay current with evolving production methods and actively look for ways to
improve your output.
 

Responsibilities
• Create 2D motion graphics for marketing videos, product launch content, social media ads,
and promotional campaigns.
• Produce tutorial and how-to videos that explain product setup, features, and usage in a clear,
visually engaging way.
• Create 3D product animations when required for product showcases or feature highlights.
• Work from provided scripts, storyboards, and creative briefs. Translate written direction into
polished visual content.
• Edit and assemble raw footage, screen recordings, voiceovers, and music into final
deliverables.
• Maintain visual consistency across all video content by following the brand style guide.
• Manage your own project timelines and deliver work on schedule without constant followup.
• Export and optimize videos for different platforms and formats (web, social media, email).
Preferred Skills
• Experience using AI-assisted tools for video production, such as Runway, Pika, Kling,
Midjourney, or similar platforms for generating assets, motion references, or speeding up
production workflows.
• Familiarity with AI voiceover or text-to-speech tools for draft narrations and tutorial
content.
• Basic sound design or audio editing skills.
• Experience with screen recording and animated overlay workflows for tutorial content.
• Previous work in product marketing video production.
