Job Description
- Need to create new and original designs from scratch for brands based on client specification, needs and brand image;
- Should create motion graphics designs and animations as per the requirement of clients;
- Creating illustrations, designs, and other artwork used in marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements;
- Need to stay up to date with the changing trends in the field and best practices;
- Maintain coordination between marketing and design teams to ensure smooth flow of work;
- Should generate fresh concepts;
- Should make sure that job deadlines are met in due time, ensuring that job quality is nothing short of the best;
- Evaluate and manage production resources to enhance high productivity and allocations;
- Have to liaise with other members of the graphic design team to maximize creativity and excellence in performance and delivery;
- Have to design creative theme ideas and design to support design project;
- Have to design and code various digital marketing materials such as templates, emails, website design and banners;
- Have the ability to choose the right images, typography, graphics and layouts for the project;
- Tracks and report to the team and give feedback to ensure effectiveness in the work;
- Have to prepare report on a daily, weekly regular basis to check the development progressions of the projects;
- Selecting and maintaining appropriate materials for artwork like ink, paper, and colors;
- Should be able to work closely with creative team and clients and respond to user feedback, data/ analytics, and client feedback to improve the creative work
- Ensure the design team and junior designers are producing quality work;
- Have to Design different types of graphics like info graphics and illustrations as per the clients brief;
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and have strong project management skills
Job Specification
- Must have good knowledge in Motion Graphics. Individuals should have a good portfolio for motion graphics designs and animations;
- A complete portfolio of all design projects;
- Familiarity with design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Fireworks, and Sumo Paint;
- Good aesthetic sense, creative thinker with imaginative skills and curious learner;
- Ability to lead a team in a time-bound environment;
- A keen eye for visual details;
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills;
- Good analytical and decision-making skills;
- Experience in both print and digital design;
- Strong sense of color combinations, fonts, and layout;
- Ability to manage multi projects at the same time;
- Ability to work under pressure and in a competitive environment
