Position: Mid/ Senior ML Engineer
No of required staff : 1
Working days : 5 days a week (Friday and Saturday off)
Work Location :Durbarmarg, Kathmandu
Working time : 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Interview process : in person/ around 2 rounds

• Design, develop, and fine-tune generative AI models for various applications.
• Develop and implement prompt engineering techniques to optimize AI outputs.
• Deploy and manage ML models on cloud platforms, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior ML engineers, providing guidance on best practices.
• Break down high-level tasks into detailed, executable plans.
• Utilize Python and data structures to create efficient algorithms and processes.
• Work with both SQL and No-SQL databases to manage and retrieve data.
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance of deployed models.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in machine learning, with a focus on generative AI and fine- tuning. (2+ mid, 4+ senior)
• Proficiency in Python and deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying ML models.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and No-SQL databases.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex tasks.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
