Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage distributor and wholesaler claims, reconciliations, and timely settlements.
✅ Prepare and maintain brand-wise sales reports and management dashboards.
✅ Coordinate with Sales Officers regarding sales performance, incentives, and claim status.
✅ Reconcile claims with the Finance team and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
✅ Maintain accurate records of sales, distributor data, claims history, and inventory movement.
✅ Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management decision-making.
✅ Monitor distributor performance, sales trends, and outstanding claims.
✅ Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth reporting processes.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, BBA, Accounting, or a related field.
✔ Experience in MIS, sales coordination, distributor management, claims handling, or finance reporting is preferred.
✔ Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, dashboards).
✔ Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools.
✔ Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

⭐ Sales MIS reporting and brand-wise sales analysis.
⭐ Distributor/dealer claim management in FMCG, liquor, or beverage industries.
⭐ Finance reconciliation and reporting.
⭐ Working closely with sales teams and management.
