• Partnering closely with product managers, scrum masters, developers, researchers, business analysts, and legal/compliance, from aligning on customer and business goals to managing expectations about design deliverables to shipping the ultimate experience.
• Lead the UX process and implementation of deliverables using wireframes, competitive research, technical feasibility assessments, proof of concept documents, user flows, use cases, user scenarios, functional prototypes, and stakeholder interviews.
• Lead and develop user experience research plans to understand consumer and associate needs, opportunities, and pain point to continually inform an iterative design and discovery process.
• Estimating and scoping design work; ensuring design deliverables are done sprint(s) ahead of development.
• Grooming user stories with the scrum team and identifying design-related user stories in the backlog.
• Work across multiple product teams to provide thought leadership and create intuitive and elegant product design solutions that solve complex consumer problems and drive business results.
• Conduct UX research, usability testing, analyze user feedback and activity and iterate to enhance the user experience.
• Utilize a data-driven and research approach to inform decisions on the design strategy for various products, helping drive alignment and roadmap prioritization across business lines.
• Estimating and scoping design work; ensuring design deliverables are done sprint(s) ahead of development.
• Proficiency in tools such as: Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Invision... (knowledge of Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator would be a plus).
• Ability to iterate several times before reaching a convincing result, without losing motivation.
• Stay current on all the tools, principles and practices in product design, prototyping and development, and drive for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate meetings and brainstorming sessions that are organized and productive.
• Collect and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to inform and validate design decisions
• Collaborate (and lead/facilitate collaboration) with Product Managers, Designers, Analysts and Developers throughout the discovery, design and development process.
• Create visual artifacts to articulate, inform and validate ideas with consumers and stakeholders (prototypes, wireframes, sketches, journey maps, personas, etc.)

Working Location: Hybrid (Balkumari, Lalitpur)
