• Optimize components for maximum performance and scalability across various web-capable devices and cross browsers.
• Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.
• Identify and address bottlenecks in the software.
• Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with your colleagues
• Work closely with backend and mobile app developers to integrate backend components with the components they’re creating for users to interact with.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, object model, DOM manipulation and event handlers, data structures, algorithms, JSX, and Babel
• Complete understanding of ReactJS and its main fundamentals like JSX, Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, etc.
• Preceding experience with ReactJS workflows like Flux, Redux, Context API, Create React App, data structure libraries.
