Key Responsibilities

1. Maintenance & Operations
   • Oversee maintenance of pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and brewing equipment.
   • Ensure optimal functioning of all mechanical systems in the plant.
2. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
   • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
   • Diagnose faults and ensure timely corrective actions.
3. Installation & Projects
   • Assist in installation, commissioning, and upgrading of machinery.
   • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for project execution.
4. Documentation & Reporting
   • Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and equipment history.
   • Analyze recurring issues and recommend improvements.
5. Safety & Compliance
   • Ensure adherence to safety standards and engineering best practices.
   • Promote safe handling of machinery and tools.

• • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, brewery, or process industry.
