Develop and implement annual marketing and branding strategies aligned with hospital business goals.
Plan and execute offline and online marketing campaigns, health camps, awareness programs, and promotional events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local doctors, clinics, corporates, schools, colleges, and community organizations.
Conduct regular market research to understand patient needs, competition, and regional opportunities.
Manage digital marketing coordination (social media, website updates, online campaigns, hospital visibility).
Oversee branding activities including hoardings, brochures, hospital displays, and outreach materials.
Track campaign performance, patient inflow data, and ROI on marketing activities.
Coordinate with internal departments to promote hospital services and specialty clinics.
Represent Manipal in external events, seminars, exhibitions, and partnership meetings.
Prepare monthly marketing plans, budgets, and performance reports for management.
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, education, or service sector
Preference will be given to candidates with Pokhara region market exposure
Strong marketing planning and execution skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of branding, outreach, and digital marketing
Market analysis and reporting ability
