Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Generate business leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, website forms, ads, and digital outreach
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar prospecting tools to identify decision-makers
• Research SMEs and enterprises in target markets

Marketing Execution

• Support digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, ads)
• Assist in content promotion for services, offers, and events

Lead Management

• Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking systems
• Qualify leads before handover to sales team

Coordination

• Work closely with sales team to ensure smooth lead follow-up

Support marketing strategy implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years experience in marketing, lead generation, or business development
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (strong plus)
• Knowledge of similar lead generation and sales prospecting tools
• Comfortable with:
  • Google Workspace
  • Canva
  • Social Media platforms
  • Email marketing tools
  • CRM systems (or willingness to learn)
  • ChatGPT/AI tools
• Good English communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and target-driven

Performance Metrics

• Monthly qualified leads generated
• Lead conversion to meetings/opportunities
• Campaign engagement and outreach response rates
• Contribution to overall sales pipeline
