Job Specification
  • College degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, ideally in diverse online and offline environments.
  • Excellent knowledge of offline, digital, B2B, and B2C marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively train and lead a marketing team.
  • Ability to set and achieve sales targets, develop business strategies, and manage project budgets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.
  • Solid understanding of web analytics, Google Adwords, and CRM software.
  • Minimum of 2¬†years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in national and international markets.
  • Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines consistently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools with a willingness to learn new technologies and software functionalities.
