Office Location: Putalisadak, Kathmandu
Working Hours: 6 AM to 2 PM
Working Days: Sunday to Friday (and occasionally on Saturdays - he/she will be eligible for substitute leave if required to work on Saturdays)
Coordinate and manage Loksewa preparation classes and schedules.
Communicate and collaborate with Loksewa instructors and subject experts.
Monitor and track student progress and attendance.
Organize mock tests, assessments, and evaluation processes.
Assist in developing Loksewa preparation materials and resources.
Handle student queries and academic support related to Loksewa preparation.
Coordinate with the management team for program planning and improvement.
Maintain proper records of students, classes, and exam results.
Support promotional activities and seminars related to Loksewa preparation programs.
Ensure smooth daily academic and administrative operations of the Loksewa department.
Minimum 1/2 years of experience in education coordination, training institutes, or academic administration preferred.
Experience in Loksewa preparation institutions will be an added advantage.
Strong organizational and coordination skills

Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Docs, Excel)
Ability to work in early morning shifts
