Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Planning & Coordination: Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure the smooth flow of goods and services across the supply chain.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock, avoid overstocking, and prevent shortages.
• Transportation Management: Coordinate transportation methods (e.g., road, rail, sea, air) to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries.
• Vendor & Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to optimize the supply chain.
• Warehouse Management: Supervise warehouse operations, including storage, handling, and packaging of goods.
• Team Management: Lead, train, and manage a logistics team, ensuring high performance and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Cost Control & Budgeting: Monitor and control logistics costs, identify areas for cost reduction, and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze logistics data, track performance metrics, and generate reports for senior management to make informed decisions.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Problem Solving: Resolve issues related to delays, damaged goods, or other logistical challenges promptly and efficiently.

Education & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role
