Training Delivery & Coordination

- Work with external trainers or vendors when specialized programs are required
Monitoring & Evaluation
- Track participation and outcomes of training programs
- Assess effectiveness of learning initiatives and recommend improvements
- Maintain training records and prepare regular reports for management
Employee Development Support
- Support employees in creating personal development plans
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning across the organization
Collaboration
- Work closely with department heads to ensure learning initiatives meet team needs
- Share insights with management to support succession planning and talent development
Confidentiality & Compliance
- Ensure training activities follow company policies and ethical practices
- Maintain confidentiality of employee development records
