Responsibilities: · 

• Assist in the development of OTT platform applications for Android using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. 
• Collaborate with senior developers to implement UI components and application features following MVVM architecture. 
• Support integration of media playback functionalities using libraries like ExoPlayer under guidance. 
• Use Coroutines to manage basic asynchronous tasks (API calls, data fetching). · Participate in writing and maintaining unit tests and simple UI test cases. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, QA, backend developers) to deliver features on time. 
• Help identify and fix basic bugs and performance issues. 
• Stay up to date with the latest Android development trends and actively participate in team learning sessions.

Skills and Requirements: 

• 1+ year of hands-on Kotlin development experience, preferably with one published project or app. 
• Basic understanding of Jetpack Compose for UI development. · Familiarity with Coroutines, suspend functions, and asynchronous patterns. 
• Exposure to MVVM architecture and use of ViewModel, LiveData, or StateFlow. 
• Understanding of REST APIs and JSON data handling. 
• Experience using Git for version control. 
• Exposure to writing simple test cases using JUnit or Mockito. 
• Willingness to learn and apply Dependency Injection concepts (e.g., Hilt). 
• Strong debugging, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
• Passion for media and OTT technologies.
