Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements. 
• Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify improvement opportunities. 
• Support QA and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) processes by preparing test cases and reviewing results. 
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation. 
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and support for internal systems. 
• Analyze product capabilities to identify optimization opportunities. 
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation. 
• Perform API testing and wireframe development. 
• Conduct feasibility studies for proposed enhancements. 

Skills and Tools: 

• Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile/Scrum methodologies. 
• Familiarity with tools like: 
• JIRA / Confluence 
• Wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma) 
• MS Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis 
• Optional: Understanding of APIs and Postman for testing. 
• Strong communication and documentation skills. 
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. 
• Internship or prior experience in a technical or analytical role is a plus. 
• Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow within a cross-functional environment.
