Provide day-to-day administrative support to the General Manager
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations using MS Office
Handle emails, phone calls, and internal communications professionally
Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical)
Assist in office management tasks and documentation
Support HR and other departments as required
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field (running or completed)
Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
Prior internship or admin experience will be an advantage
Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Basic organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
Professional attitude and willingness to learn
