JOB DESCRIPTION

• Market Engagement: Engage with farmers, livestock owners, poultry farmers, agrovet centres and cooperatives to understand their needs and promote our agribusiness products/services.
• Product Knowledge: Possess in depth knowledge of our manufacturing processes and product offerings related to cattle, poultry and fishery. Provide technical information and guidance to customers
• Sales Development: Actively seek new business opportunities, develop a client base, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Market Analysis: Keep eye on market trends, competitor analysis and industry developments. Providing feedback to the team to enhance our product offerings and strategies
• Initiator: Proactive and self-motivated with ability to identify opportunities and take initiative to drive sales

• Education: Junior Technical Assistant( JTA) as well as Veterinary Doctors/ Assistant
• Minimum Experience of 1 year as JTA or worked in poultry, cattle, fish feed sales, poultry/egg sales and processing industry
• Two wheeler plus valid license is mandatory
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes in agribusiness and relations with cooperatives shall be advantageous
• Able to handle at least two districts like Dang and Ghorahi attentively and must be result oriented
