Onboard and implement new employee equipment over the phone, remotely, and in-person across function.
First line of support for the organization for both day-to-day and maintenance IT support.
Administer image and software deployments using ManageEngine, JAMF, InTune, etc.
Provide access to applications following security policies.
Providing technical support to end users on basic hardware issues.
Help maintain desktop images, including creation, updates, update process and change management.
Manage and audit inventory of all hardware.
Install, configure, and maintain the Microsoft and Apple endpoint platforms
Track all work using a ticketing system and maintain predefined SLAs.
Audit/Triage tickets that need escalation.
Assist with managing/coordinating outages and team communications.
Assist in internal IT and end user documentation and training resources
Suggesting and implementing process improvements around the IT HelpDesk
Checking in, wiping, sorting, and redeploying equipment as it comes into our headquarters
Asset management project and maintenance - Working with our Manager, IT to develop a scalable asset management system. Implementing that system for our 500+ devices currently distributed to users.
Maintain and support physical office spaces including Conference Rooms and A/V hardware
Provide technical A/V support for virtual and on-site events when needed
3+ years of Windows and Mac desktop and software deployments.
Associate degree in computer science or a related field.
Computer repair and assembly.
Basic understanding of networking, Wi-Fi, Office 365, Jira
Knowledge of Active Directory.
