Supervise and mentor a team of IT technicians and specialists.
Assign tasks, set priorities, and provide guidance to team members.
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to end-users.
Resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate with vendors and external service providers for escalated support cases.
Manage and maintain servers, network infrastructure, and other IT systems.
Plan and implement IT infrastructure projects, such as network upgrades and server migrations.
Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for hardware and software purchases.
Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and software usage policies.
Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
Implement measures to protect against cyber threats, including malware, phishing, and unauthorized access.
Conduct training sessions for staff on IT systems, tools, and best practices.
Create and maintain documentation, user manuals, and knowledge base articles.
Foster a culture of IT awareness and adherence to security protocols.
Liaise with IT vendors and service providers to ensure service level agreements are met.
Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Several years of experience in IT support and administration, with at least some experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Proficiency in network administration, system integration, and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of IT security principles and best practices.
