Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical problem-solving and user assistance.
Hands-on experience with various Identity and Access Management (IAM) Tools such as Okta
Hands-on experience with Endpoint Security Software like CrowdStrike
Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management tools like JumpCloud, JAMF, Intune
Proficient in managing both Windows and Mac environments.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and various software applications.
Knowledge of email deliverability tools and protocols (SPF, DKIM).
Familiarity with IT security principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer service.
