Job Description

An experienced HubSpot Administrator who can lead the implementation, configuration, and strategic management of our HubSpot environment with confidence and expertise. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring we follow HubSpot best practices where appropriate, and make informed decisions about when to build capabilities outside the platform.

Why Experience Matters We are specifically looking for a senior-level expert who can differentiate what should be done natively in HubSpot. This person must bring hands-on experience implementing robust, scalable, and compliant HubSpot systems in B2B SaaS environments.

Scope of Responsibilities
The Senior HubSpot Administrator will manage three core areas:
1. HubSpot App

  • Own and maintain the integration between our HubSpot app.
  • Ensure seamless data flow, app stability, and appropriate connection to the broader system architecture.
  • Handle app-related updates and optimization in coordination with the development team.

2. HubSpot Instance Management

  • Oversee the HubSpot instance end-to-end.
  • Migrate legacy data including contacts and accounts from our prior HubSpot instance.
  • Import new contact lists and develop outbound campaigns to support sales and marketing.
  • Implement the MEDIC sales qualification framework in alignment with our CRM workflows.
  • Connect and manage lead forms across our website and landing pages.
  • Support CMS updates, port website content as needed, and create new site pages in HubSpot.
  • Launch our initial content publication flow to support regular content delivery and reporting.

3. Customer Onboarding Support

  • Support onboarding of new customers, many of whom may have little to no experience with HubSpot.
  • Act as a third-party guide and implementer during onboarding processes.
  • Create and configure an initial set of email templates, landing pages, and workflows for each new customer.
  • Manage the rollout of our HubSpot card integration into customer accounts.

This role requires a thoughtful and strategic operator—someone who can see the implications of technical decisions on our broader go-to-market (GTM) strategy. The ideal candidate will collaborate with leadership to ensure HubSpot is configured not just functionally, but in a way that aligns tightly with our sales, marketing, and customer success motions.
