Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
Maintaining records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Support the recruitment/ hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
Assist in HR projects like collection of employee feedback.
Redirecting HR related calls or distribute correspondence to appropriate person of the team.
Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits)
Check the attendance, prepare monthly report leave properly.
Drive the Performance Management System and support the overall performance management review process in the company.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2/4 years of professional experience
Strong knowledge of MS Office packages.
Ability to work on high pressure.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
