Job Description
  • Implementation of HR initiatives and systems in Customer support Department.
  • Recruitment of staffs as per the requirement from Customer support operation.
  • Keep track of monthly attendance sheet, maintain employee's leave records and OT in daily basis.
  • Ensuring accurate and proper record keeping of employee information.
  • Involve in the performance appraisal of Customer Support Employees in coordination with CS supervisors and HOD.
  • Developing and managing employee recreational events and activities for CS.
  • Analyzing training need in conjunction with department manager and supervisors.  
  • Co-ordinate with outsourcing company looking after CSD for the smooth operation.
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issue. 
  • Develop HR planning strategy, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements.
  • Administrate the day-to-day activities of the office and documentation.
     
Job Specification
  • Bachelor degree in HR or 2-year experience in related field.
  • Graduate in Management or equivalent from a recognized university preferred 
  • Knowledge of HR functions (Pay, benefit, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Decision Making and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Good understanding of Labor law and disciplinary procedures
  • Good computer proficiency (Microsoft office)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible to travel as per requirement.
