Implementation of HR initiatives and systems in Customer support Department.
Recruitment of staffs as per the requirement from Customer support operation.
Keep track of monthly attendance sheet, maintain employee's leave records and OT in daily basis.
Ensuring accurate and proper record keeping of employee information.
Involve in the performance appraisal of Customer Support Employees in coordination with CS supervisors and HOD.
Developing and managing employee recreational events and activities for CS.
Analyzing training need in conjunction with department manager and supervisors.
Co-ordinate with outsourcing company looking after CSD for the smooth operation.
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issue.
Develop HR planning strategy, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements.
Administrate the day-to-day activities of the office and documentation.
Job Specification
Bachelor degree in HR or 2-year experience in related field.
Graduate in Management or equivalent from a recognized university preferred
Knowledge of HR functions (Pay, benefit, recruitment, training & development etc.)
Decision Making and problem-solving aptitude.
Good understanding of Labor law and disciplinary procedures
Good computer proficiency (Microsoft office)
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible to travel as per requirement.
