The Admin and HR Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations and core human resource functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and effective communication to support a growing and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Duties
  • Manage office administration, documentation, and record-keeping
  • Coordinate office supplies, logistics, and facility management
  • Support management with scheduling, meetings, and official correspondence
• Human Resource Functions
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
  • Support performance review processes and HR reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field

Experience:

• 1+ year of experience in administration and/or human resource roles preferred

Skills

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Be familiar with SOP and other documents preparation and management
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
