Assist in job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Manage employee records, leave, attendance, and HRIS updates.
Support payroll processing with accurate data inputs.
Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation as required.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and support resolution of minor grievances.
Ensure compliance with Nepali labor laws and company policies.
Maintain confidentiality and promote a positive workplace culture.
Assist in performance appraisal cycles by coordinating timelines and documentation.
Support the planning and execution of training and development programs.
Track and maintain training records.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
Contribute to process improvement projects and HR communications.
Provide administrative support to the HR Head and management team.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
Basic knowledge of Nepali labor laws and HR best practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Fluency in Nepali and English (spoken and written).
