Implement the recruitment process by collaborating and communicating with the job portals and conduct necessary screening and selection for interview and assessment
Attendance reports
Maintain up-to-date information of all types of data, records, and transactions with in the life cycle of employees including personnel data, employment records, salary/benefits, individual tax, provident fund, gratuity records, and insurance records
Collaborate with the Finance Department and Infirmary department to perform tasks related to income tax and staff's insurance policies
Prepare and maintain documentation activities of the staffs from hiring till retirement
Participate in the employee development and engagement activities when required

Good in Nepali and English (verbal and written)
