Support and drive the firm’s HR and administration activities to achieve and to link company’s management
Maximize short-term and long-term revenue, and foster growth, quality, and excellent customer/client relations.
Collaborate with the management team to define strategies, craft business development plans, structure business units, lead implementation, and set up effective measures for growth.
Has to collaborate with the management team and the Board.
Manage Staffs
Coordinate with compliance (Lawyer & CA)
Monthly Reporting of HR/admin to management level
Produce high level reporting every month
Job Specification
Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
Basic knowledge of labor legislation
Experience using spreadsheets
Organizational skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
