- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and support administrative, hospitality, and event-related tasks as needed.
- Manage office hospitality arrangements, ensuring guests feel valued and well-attended.
- Handle in-person, phone, and digital communication promptly and professionally.
- Maintain an organized, neat, and inviting reception and office environment.
- Demonstrate high attentiveness, proactive service, and attention to detail—similar to premium hotel/café service.
